For decades, my language was comedy. I’ve stepped back and reflected deeply on my drivers. To do this I used the Ikigai, a tool that my friend and colleague, Dr Puleng Makhoalibe showed me. It’s a Japanese model that allows for meditation on your reason for living. Google it.
I want humans to be better. I’ve begun this mission by disrupting my own toxic patterns when I am able to see them.
I hope I can encourage others to do the same. I’d like to remain curious and young at mind until my last lucid moment.
